Events held at the Salon are Free! The Events we offer are open to the existing Clients and New Clients looking to see what its like here at our salon.. We welcome your visit. During our events, we offer discounts on our service so if there are any particular services you are looking for to have done to your hair, You may want to attend our monthly events to get to know they stylists or come for the fun!
What if my Stylist is not in? Can I ask for another stylist?
At our Salon, We work as a team to to exceed your expectations whether with your existing stylist or another. We also want you to know that if your stylist is not available, or you simply would like to try another one of our talented stylists, We absolutely encourage you to do so.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, MC, Discover, Checks and Cash. - Non Monopoly Cash :-)
Is Gratuity allowed on the Credit Card?
We recognize this as a convenience, however at this time, we are not able to add gratuity to the cc payment for your service. As an alternative, you may write a check for your gratuity portion for cashing or as a convenience, we are located literally next to Navy Federal with an outside ATM.
Do you Offer Gift Certificates?
Absolutely! We appreciate the confidence you have in our salon to offer our services to others. Our gift certificates can be purchased in any denominations with an expirations of a year from Purchase.
Why do prices vary between a walk-in versus requesting a specific stylist?
At the W Salon, we have a multi-level pricing structure for our services. The price difference charged by our stylists is based on there level of advanced education and demand. We do offer Free Consultations so that pricing mayb e discussed in advance. Prices listed on our website will be honored for all walkin in clients not requesting a specific stylist.
What really makes your salon so special and different? And why should I try yours versus others?
We know that you have many choices when it comes to your hair needs,wants and desires. Our salon is very active in keeping updated with trends, styles and cuts. We are a very fashion forward salon, which means we keep current with fashion trends so that we are able recommend a modern and current style that suites your personality and importantly your comfort level. We have participated in many fashion shows, events and have worked on many Celebrity Clients along with Beuaty Sponsorships for many Pageant Organizations. We hope that this shows proof in our ability and confidence that others have in us. We promise, (and we mean that) to give you the best in service we can. We are a team of 20 and believe us, We have a stlyist for every person and hair style/type. But one thing to remember, We have FREE Wi-FI for those busy bees all while enjoying our cupcakes! What Additional Policies do you have that I should be aware of?
Our Returned Check Fee Policy -
Should we experience difficulty depositing your check as a tender for payment of services, You will inccur a $25 Returned Check Fee along with the cost of the original service. The only form of payment accepted will be by credit card or cash payment as a result of a returned check.
No Show Policy/Cancellation Policy -
We ask that you please be mindful of the time booked with the stylist/massage therapist, In the event that you are not able to make your appointment, We kindly ask for a 24 Hour Notice for any Cancellations. So please call us if you need to re-schedule , as we know that life is rather busy and we are glad to know that you at least make time for your hair!
